The World Customs Organization, in cooperation with HMRC and UNCTAD, organized the Working Meeting to Support Afghanistan's implementation of World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) in the premises of ROCB Europe in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 19-30 September 2016.

The objective of the Working Meeting with the Afghan Customs Department is to complete a diagnostic of the Administration, using WCO's core diagnostic tools and to identify specific practical interventions that could support Afghanistan's implementation of the WTO Agreement on Trade Facilitation given the country's recent accession to the WTO.
