Upon the kind invitation of Kazakh Embassy in Baku, ROCB Europe attended the official reception for the celebration of the 26th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Kazakhstan adopted the constitutional law on the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 16, 1991.
