Winter School 2020 for International Network of Customs Universities (INCU) started at the Regional Office for Capacity Building for the WCO Europe Region in Baku, Azerbaijan on 4 February 2020.

The students from Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Russian Customs Academy, Samara State Technical University, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, National Aviation Academy, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Customs Institute of Uzbekistan,   Baku Higher Oil School and North-West Institute of Management Saint Petersburg of the Russian Federation are being lectured on a variety of topics regarding customs and international trade.

The 7-day Winter School 2020 program includes an opening ceremony, visits to Azerbaijan Customs Academy, ROCB Europe, campuse of Baku Higher Oil School and providing training and lectures on the topics of “Quality of Customs Services and Marketing in Customs”, “The Basics of Academic Research and Writing” and “Tariff Classification and Preferential Rules of Origin”.

The Winter School will be concluded on 12 February 2020.
