The ROCB Europe paid a courtesy visit to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on 29 November 2019 in Kiev, Ukraine.

The Head of the ROCB Europe, Mr. Eser Çengel met with Mr. Anatoliy Aleksandrov, the Department Director of Strategic Development and International Cooperation and exchanged views on the possbile ways of further cooperation in the field of customs.

While Mr. Çengel shared information on the new reinforced approach of the ROCB Europe in assisting the Customs Administrations in the WCO Europe Region in close cooperation with the WCO Secretariat and current as well as planned achievements by the Office with respect to customs capacity building, Mr. Aleksandrov informed about the collaborative perspective of the administration in customs as well as current restructuring process of the SFS.

Parties agreed on forging further cooperation on customs and capacity building in a more planned way.
