Draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2015 No. 640" on approval of the instruction on the organization of a system for accounting for individual goods during their movement within the framework of mutual cross-border trade of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union" was developed in order to bring it into line with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".

With the Decision of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council "On some issues of import and circulation of goods in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with the accession of the Republic Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization "dated August 12, 2016 No. 5, also in order to support domestic manufacturers exporting goods to the EAEU countries.
