ROCB Europe hosted a Training on Seal Manipulation under the UNODC-WCO Global Container Control Program on 12-14 December 2017. 

The training was delivered by two experts from Dutch Customs, Mr. Kees Visscher and Mr. Jan van Ee, for the participants from Customs Administrations of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Trainees were informed regarding the issues of seal manipulation methods, drug concealment, health and safety aspects during container controls. The event also included practical exercises and scenarios at the ROCB Europe Cargo and Container Training Center as well as Baku Container Terminal.

The training was coordinated by UNODC and financially supported by the United States Department of State The Export Control and Related Border Security Program.
