On behalf of my team and myself, I would like to congratulate Mr. Dashgin Aliyev, on the occasion of being awarded the Order “For Service to the Motherland" of the third degree. Dashgin Aliyev was awarded by the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for his fruitful activity in the country’s civil service.

Mr. Dashgin Aliyev is a technical attaché from Azerbaijan Customs Service seconded to the World Customs Organization and inter alia he is working in the European Team at the Capacity Building Directorate and contributing a lot to the regional development initiatives.
