An Online Launch Event for one of the latest projects of the ROCB Europe “ROCB Europe Analytics” was carried out on 21 May 2021.

ROCB Europe Analytics, which is officially kicked off, is a database which includes substantial information about customs, trade and economy as well as indices encompassing Logistics Performance Index, Trading Across Borders and Enabling Trade.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Igbal BABAYEV, World Customs Organization Capacity Building Director, Mr. Taeil KANG, and Head of Regional Office for Capacity Building for the World Customs Organization Europe Region, Mr. Eser Çengel and more than 50 representatives from the WCO Europe Region Member Administrations. The panelists praised ROCB Europe's support for capacity building in the region.

The platform includes data compiled from publicly available resources from the WCO, the World Bank and World Economic Forum. The new tool will allow all stakeholders to analyze the markets in all Member Administrations in the WCO Europe region as well as obtain statistics in a single digital place.

With the Online Launch Event, all Member Administrations in the WCO Europe Region and stakeholders were intended to be informed about ROCB Europe Analytics. Detailed information was provided for the participants on which data is available and how to access and use the platform through a real-time presentation.
