Organized by the International Network of Customs Universities and hosted by ROCB Europe, the Winter School 2018 brought new information and reinforced the knowledge of students from different universities between 22-26 January 2018.

The students from Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Baku Higher Oil School, North-West Institute of Management Saint Petersburg of the Russian Federation and University of International Business and Economics of the People's Republic of China attended the Winter School 2018.

The students were informed about INCU's activities and its publication Journal of Customs and Economics Review as well as customs tariff classification, preferential rules of origin, World Customs Organization, customs reform and modernization, international transactions and documentation and customs risk management.

The Winter School also included a visit to the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the second day of the program.
